Let it Flow
Increase circulation and sweat out toxins with a therapeutic ginger and cinnamon bath. Use when you're feeling flu-ish or under the weather.
Directions: Fill tub with warm or hot water. Drop in ‘Let it Flow’ and soak for at least 15-20 minutes. Drink plenty of water, or even better… some ginger tea. Sweating may occur for up to an hour after bathing.
