Marjoram Bath is great for muscle ache brought on by physical exertion.

Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride (Solar Great Salt Lake Salt), High Oleic Safflower Oil, Pure Cane Sugar, Thymus Mastichina (Marjoram) Oil, FD&C Colors

Directions: draw a warm to hot bath.  Soak for a minimum of 20 min.  You should remember to drink lots of water before and after to help flush your system.
