Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride (Solar Great Salt Lake Salt), High Oleic Safflower Oil, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Pure Cane Sugar, Fragrance. Cinnamon Stick

Directions:  Fill tub with warm or hot water.  Drop in ‘Let it Flow’ and soak for at least 20-30 minutes.  Drink plenty of water, or even better… some ginger tea.  Sweating may occur for up to an hour after bathing.
